• LC Beauty Bar is a private beauty suite offering various beauty treatments such as nail and hand care, foot care, skin care, lash and brow care, and hair removal.

• All services are provided by appointment only, and bookings can only be made through our official website.

• LC Beauty Bar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

 Booking and Appointments:

• Booking Method: All appointments must be made through our official website at www.lcbeautybarllc.net. We do not accept bookings through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.

• Appointment Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation message. If you do not receive a confirmation, your booking has not been confirmed, and you should contact us to ensure the appointment is successfully scheduled.

• Booking Information: When booking online, you will need to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, email, phone number, and any specific preferences or medical history (if applicable) that could affect your treatment.

Deposit & Payment:

• Deposits: A $20 non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Please note that for services under $20, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payment: Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our online booking system, or you may pay with exact cash or Zelle for your convenience.

• Prices: Service prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be communicated to clients before the appointment.

 Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so directly via your account on our website, Your deposit will be applied to a future booking.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50%, and no-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.

• Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened, and the full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Health & Safety:​

• Client Safety: If you are pregnant, have any health concerns, or are undergoing medical treatment, please consult with your doctor before booking a service. We may refuse services based on certain health conditions for safety reasons.

• Sanitation: We adhere to the highest hygiene and safety standards to ensure the cleanliness of our beauty suite. All tools, products, and equipment are sterilized before use.

• Medical Disclosure: All clients are required to fill out a Client Intake Form before their first appointment and any time there is a change in their health or treatment requirements. This form collects important information, such as medical history, allergies, and other relevant details to ensure that we provide safe and appropriate services tailored to your needs. All information provided on the intake form is kept confidential and will only be used to enhance your service experience and ensure your safety during treatments.

• Time Allocation: Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to complete the intake form. This additional time allows us to review your information and ensure the best possible service. If you arrive late or do not complete the form, we may need to shorten the time allocated for your treatment, and the full service fee will still apply.

Client Behavior & Environment:

• Respectful Environment: We aim to maintain a calm and professional environment. Please refrain from using loud voices or disruptive behavior during your appointment. Phones should be set to silent mode.

• Guests: Please note that no additional guests are permitted to accompany you during your appointment.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior, or who does not comply with the terms and conditions.

Privacy & Data Protection:

• Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By booking through our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data for appointment-related purposes only.

• Confidentiality: Any personal details, treatment history, or other information provided during your booking will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Refunds & Service Satisfaction:

• No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to correct the situation.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their service. If any issues arise, please reach out to us directly to discuss and resolve the matter.

 Gift Cards & Promotions:

• Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased through our website and are valid for 20 days. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the valid timeframe.

• Promotions: Any special promotions or discounts will be clearly communicated on the website. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless otherwise stated.

• Personal Responsibility: You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your beauty specialist to ensure the best results. LC Beauty Bar is not liable for any adverse reactions, injury, or damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your visit.
